Booking Conditions:
12 hour notice is required for all boat bookings. Payment is recommended to be made online in advance to ensure availability upon arrival at the port.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled booking will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. In case of inclement weather preventing the sailing from taking place, customers may change their booking date free of charge or request a complete refund.
